Cognitive Self-Leadership (for tertiary institutions)

The ability to think effectively has been highlighted in numerous studies and findings (e.g. World Economic Forum’s study on Future of Jobs) as a critical skill to develop in the workforce. It is important that these skills be developed before our students enter the workforce. Besides developing thinking skills like critical and creative thinking, an area that learning institutions need to focus on as well is the leadership ability to make good value judgments.

What if we can gain awareness about our natural thinking tendencies?

What if we are able to know what are our thinking biases and assets?

What if we can gain important and actionable insights into how we think and make decisions?

Knowledge and insight into these questions will be invaluable for anyone still in school as they develop their self leadership skills, before venturing out to the working world

  • Great Leadership starts with great Self-Leadership
  • Great self leadership starts with great self-awareness
  • Self awareness is about the capacity to view self, other people, situations and challenges from a range of different perspectives.

The capacity to do this well will help us engage well with others, motivate people, manage conflict or issues well and make good decisions. Ultimately, this is what matters most as students enter the working world.

The program empowers people to overcome their self-sabotaging habits and biases while directly engaging their scientifically identified best ways of thinking at will. It’s based on the cutting-edge, brain-based, value-driven technology called NCRT (Neuro-axiological Cognitive Remodeling)

The reason our approach works is that we have figured out a highly-effective way to elicit meaningful, lasting, and measurable changes and improvements INSIDE the core of people’s thinking. Our process is deeply rooted in and empowered by recent discoveries in the field of cognitive neuroscience regarding the motivators and mechanics of learning and inner change.

Using objective insights and specific information gained from a VQ Profile Assessment, the program uses the cutting-edge principles and practices of NCRT (Neuro-axiological Cognitive Remodeling) to equip people with the foundational core competency / master life skill of Cognitive Self-Leadership
